Evolla® MP: monopolar radiofrequency for firmness and contour

How it works

In monopolar radiofrequency, energy passes from the handpiece into the body and spreads through the layers of the skin, heating the dermis and the tissue just below it deeply and evenly. This controlled heating contracts existing collagen fibers and, over the following weeks, stimulates the production of new collagen.

Because it does not use needles and the surface of the skin is protected during the application, the treatment leaves no marks and requires no recovery. The effect is cumulative: firmness increases over the sessions.

Evolla® MP is indicated for mild to moderate laxity, for people who want to improve firmness and contour without invasive procedures.

What a session is like

The doctor cleans the skin, applies a conductive gel and glides the handpiece over the area in continuous movements until the desired temperature is reached. A session lasts about 1 hour.

Recovery

You can return to your normal activities right after the session. The skin may be pink and warm for a few hours.

Sessions and results

The number of sessions and the interval between them depend on the dermatologist's individual evaluation and on each patient's clinical concern.

The result appears gradually, over two to three months, and maintenance sessions may be recommended to prolong it. The response varies from person to person.

Contraindications

Evolla® MP is not recommended during pregnancy, for people with pacemakers or other implanted electronic devices, over metal implants in the area, or over wounds, infections or active skin inflammation. Recent fillers in the area, active autoimmune diseases and changes in skin sensitivity require case-by-case evaluation.

At the evaluation, the dermatologist reviews your health history, current medications and previous procedures to confirm the indication.
